GENERAL PRODUCT INFO

Each poster is printed on demand on matte museum quality paper using the giclée printing technique. Giclée is well known for high-quality prints achieved through large format inkjet printers. These printers can use up to twelve different colors, expanding the color spectrum significantly. This blend of paper and printing technique ensures that our posters maintain long-lasting color quality and sharp detail.

  • Paper thickness: 0.26 mm

  • Paper weight: 189 g/m²

  • Opacity: 94%

  • ISO brightness: 104%

  • Acid-free, archival paper

PAPER SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Print on demand (POD) means the printing process only starts when an order comes in. This is to avoid overproduction so there’s no waste afterwards in stock.

  • All posters are available in formats 30cmx40cm and 50cmx70cm. Selected items have the option for 70x100cm.

  • Send us an e-mail to hello@mu-art.com about your request, and let’s see what we can do.

  • Because we print on demand, there’s the possibility to cancel or change within the next 12 hours after submitting your order. Send an e-mail to hello@mu-art.com and let’s see what’s possible. Please note that with any changes, delivery may take 1-2 days longer.

  • Unfortunately, framing is not possible at this moment. This is considered because the frame might break while shipping. Normally, the sizes provided should make it easy for you to find a frame. This way you can choose one to your style and preference.

  • Generally shipping takes between 5 to 21 days. Depending on the speed of delivery service in your country. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped.

  • Usually, multiple products in an order are shipped together but in some cases it might be possible that it’s shipped separately. Don’t worry, you’ll receive a tracking code of the separate packages.

  • Don’t worry, send an e-mail to hello@mu-art.com within 14 days after receiving and we will help you. Make sure to attach a picture of the damaged item. We try to reply within 48 hours.

  • I will never be able to see your card number. The details are shared only in between mine and your bank.

  • Unfortunately no, Muart doesn't accept returns when there's no fault in the poster itself.

  • We currently only ship in the EU. These countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
